03. Availability & Pricing

Luxury residential pricing is dynamic and subject to change without prior notice. A specific residence is only secured once a formal lease agreement is executed by all parties and the required deposits are verified.

Floor-specific premiums and amenity access fees may apply depending on the residence selection.

04. Tour Scheduling

Private tours of ELÉVATION are available by appointment only. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all viewing requests. Scheduling a tour through the website does not guarantee availability; our concierge team will confirm your appointment via direct communication.

05. Application Process

The application for residency requires a formal background evaluation and financial verification. All applicants are evaluated fairly and in compliance with all relevant Fair Housing Laws.

Non-refundable application fees are required to initiate the screening process. Submission of an application does not constitute a lease or an offer of housing.

06. Intellectual Property

Every element of the ELÉVATION digital experience—including logos, custom typefaces, architectural renderings, and editorial copy—is the exclusive property of ELÉVATION Residences or its creative partners. Reproduction without explicit written consent is a violation of international copyright laws.

07. Third-Party Links

For your convenience, we may provide links to luxury lifestyle partners, moving services, or utility providers. ELÉVATION does not endorse or assume liability for the content or privacy practices of these external entities.
