All templates purchased from NextJSVault are designed for professional web development. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the template for creating end-products for yourself or your clients.
You may modify the source code to fit your specific needs, integrate it with third-party APIs, and host it on any platform of your choice.
The "Commercial License" allows for unlimited personal and commercial use. This means you can build as many websites as you like for your clients using a single purchase.
However, the license is tied to your account and cannot be transferred or sub-licensed to other developers for their own independent use.
NextJSVault retains all intellectual property rights to the original design and source code architecture. You are purchasing a license to use these assets, not the ownership of the underlying IP itself.
NextJSVault is not liable for any damages that may result from the use or inability to use our templates, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we typically do not offer refunds once the source code has been accessed. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied.
If you encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund upon request within 14 days of purchase.
